The HTLS-155 Heavy Duty Rotary Tiller is built for 30–50 HP tractors with CAT I/II three-point hitch. It delivers a 61″ working width and a three-position, 4″–7″ working depth, giving you the bite and finish needed for seedbeds, orchards, vineyards, and food plots.
Unlike chain or belt designs, the HTLS uses a maintenance-free oil-bath gear transmission that turns a laser-balanced rotor at 270 RPM for smooth, torque-rich tilling in heavy soils. Under the 1/4″ steel hood, flanges spaced at 10″ carry six boron-steel blades each—42 blades total on the HTLS-155—individually replaceable or regrindable. The reinforced free-wheel Comer gearbox prevents back-driving when the PTO is disengaged, while the slip-clutch PTO protects your drivetrain.
Setup is quick: adjustable lower hitches align the tiller to your tractor track; the spring-controlled rear safety cover levels and firms the soil; and front safety curtains contain debris. The unit ships largely assembled in a wooden crate; bolt on the 3-point hitch and PTO guard and you’re ready to work.

Awesome pc of equipment. Very solid. Very high quality gearbox. The C tines are very strong. I did manage to shatter one on a buried tree stump. I like that it did not bend. Pretty easy to replace. it breaks up dirt clods nicely and makes a good seedbed and nice soft soil for my row builder. Ryan is easy to deal with and responds quickly to emails. Make sure and loosen up the slip clutch until it will spin, then tighten it up until it holds in place. I did not do that until after I broke a tine.
