The BCRL-115 Standard Duty Ditch Mower is built for 15–25 HP tractors with CAT I three-point hitch. It offers a 45″ cutting width, 33″ hydraulic side-shift, and a full -60° to +90° mowing range, making it ideal for compact tractors working along ditch banks, hedgerows, and roadside shoulders. The mower can extend up to 63″ horizontally and 52″ vertically from the tractor’s center, providing impressive reach in tight spaces.
The BCRL-115 uses 400 g forged hammer flails mounted on a 2200 RPM electronically balanced rotor powered by a 2-belt drive system. These features ensure efficient mulching performance with minimal belt slippage. The mower’s rear roller is fully height-adjustable (0.75″–2.25″), maintaining even cutting on uneven terrain.
Safety is built-in with dual safety valves that help prevent the mower from dropping too quickly during lowering. Integrated transport lock pins keep the unit secure while in transit. The mechanical crash-protection system allows the mower to swing back if it hits a solid obstacle, helping protect both the implement and the tractor. A replaceable counter knife and front safety flaps help maintain optimal chopping performance while minimizing debris ejection.
Packaged in a solid wooden crate, the BCRL-115 is shipped partially assembled. Once connected to two double-acting hydraulic circuits, it can deliver 1.3–2.6 acres/hour productivity, making it a highly capable ditch and verge mower for small tractors.

I am very impressed at how well this flail mower performed. I have 2.5 miles of trails on my hunting property and clearing them used to take me a couple of days with a walk-behind sickle bar mower and line trimmer. Now it takes me about 1 to 1.5 hours to clear the trails of grass, ferns and weeds. When I assembled it I put the wheels behind the mower and to the inside. I found this set up to have way too much hitch weight, probably 100+ pounds, which I could barely lift onto the hitch of my 4-wheeler. I switched them to being inline with the drum and now it is much easier to lift onto the hitch ball. Overall I give this machine an A+. It performs very well and saves my a ton of time keeping my trails clear.
5 stars for the team and the Torq 70 mower. The first two jobs were a total of 28 hours of cutting 4 to 5 foot tall grass and weeds here in central Oklahoma. I am using a mx5100 HST and was able to cut through the stuff without a problem. I thought I may have ordered too much mower, but your machine worked very, very well. The time to put all together was a minimum. Read the instructions twice before I went to work. Unit was packaged very well. Thanks for the extra steel. Again, 5 stars on all accounts. I will recommend your company and this mower to all that may ask.
This Flail mower is very good. The metal is so thick. The open back is an excellent feature. A previous Flail mower I had would clog up with brush. Ryan at Victory was very helpful with all my needs. You don’t always find dealers like that these days! Thanks again Victory!
Because it is so heavy duty you need to work up to 540 RPMs very gradually.

The machine is well built works good. No leaks in the hydraulic. Doesn’t trim at 90° as well as i would like . Butt everything else works great
